Sutton Young Carers service has extended the Young Carers activity programme for those Young Carers who live in the Northern Wards and St Helier Estate.  This includes an exciting new club called “The Riverside YC Space”.  This is an excellent opportunity for young carers to spend some quality time relaxing, having fun and meeting new friends and learning new skills.  The first hour of these activities will include various games, arts and crafts and DVDs, drink and snacks and will be followed with an hour of Taekwondo self defence training sessions which will enhance physical ability and improve self confidence and self defence skills.
